Pastor Orrino graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri in 1970. He received the Vick Oratorical Award for Preaching, and earned his Doctor of Theology Degree from Covington Theological Seminary in Rossville, Georgia in 1983.

He has pastored churches in the state of Colorado and Washington.

While in Evangelism he preached in Revivals, Mission Conferences, Prophecy Conferences, and Youth Camps in over 20 states.

He held executive positions in two Colleges while teaching as a Professor of Theology
